Transparent Pricing Policies & Disclaimers
1. Problem-Identification Visit Charges: The ₹299 (or ₹499 for >55" TVs) diagnostic fee covers technician travel, safety inspection, multi-meter electrical testing, and issue isolation. It does not include spare part replacement costs or chip-level bench soldering labor.
2. TV Wall Installation Sizing: Standard installation for 49–55" TVs is ₹399, while heavy-bracket installation for 55–65" displays is ₹550. Unlisted intermediate screen sizes (44–48" and 66–74") or specialized curve/OLED models will be quoted individually by our desk.
3. Gas Charging Warranties: Full refrigerator gas recharging (₹2,499 for single door, ₹3,299 for double door) includes thorough leak testing, vacuuming, filter drier replacement, and a 90-day cooling performance warranty.
4. No Advance Online Payment Required: Doorstep repair visits do not require credit card or upfront digital payment. Payment is settled in-person after technician arrival.
